What You’ll Be Doing: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional attendee experience. • Curate and design apparel collections that align with the brand identity, ensuring quality, style, and market appeal. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels, both digital and traditional. • Analyze marketing and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in marketing • Previous marketing experience • Enthusiastic and positive attitude • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A self-starter who is able to complete tasks with limited guidance • Previous event and marketing experience • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively • Experience managing budgets and expense tracking • Must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment
