Nightmotorsport was established in 2005 and has gained recognition throughout the Inland Empire street racing community as a one-stop shop for Subaru’s. We do everything from dyno tuning, to aftermarket mods, engine building, custom fabrication, and much much more. We treat our customers with the utmost respect and do our best to go above and beyond for them because they are the ones keeping the passion and enthusiasm for motorsports alive. We are looking for a dedicated automotive technician that has a passion for the industry and a thirst for knowledge.
Automotive Mechanic Responsibilities: As a Performance Automotive Technician, you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards in addition to being able to work with aftermarket modifications.
Level 2 Performance Technician is expected to have a good working knowledge of automotive engine, maintenance, repair and diagnostic.
Essential functions are the job duties that an employee must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation. Be on-time and ready at work station by start time.
Level 2 Tech should be able to complete jobs with minimal to no supervision.
Able to communicate with team members and strive to perform as a unit.
Must be able to complete repairs 20% faster than expected time frame.

Level 2 Performance Technicians must have ASE training, education, certification(s), and 5 years of experience needed to perform the job.

Advanced understanding of diagnosing and repairing automotive systems with a heavy emphasis on aftermarket mods and how they affect automotive systems.
Ability to explain technical issues to service writers and provide time estimates for all repair work.
Capable of assembling and disassembling an engine
Good team attitude
Capable of installing aftermarket parts
Show up early to set up tools and stay late to clean up area, mandatory O.T. as determined by the supervisor
ASE certification preferred
Must be able to work long periods of time on your feet
Must be able to lift objects of at least 50lbs
Must be able to provide your own tools and toolbox
Additional Salary Information: Hourly rate will be determined by the applicant's skill set.
