The sales manager is responsible for managing our sales team, and working directly with our marketing team, who support our sales efforts. We’re looking for a team member who can accomplish the following:
Lead Our Team
Help teach good customer service and sales tactics to our team
Ensure our team is getting technical education on our products so they are experts
Set goals for each team member and help them achieve their goals
Get our team rowing in the same direction and help them grow professionally

A successful Sales Manager at AMS Performance typically exhibits the following competencies:

We require the following experience for the Sales Manager position:
Experience working in the aftermarket/automotive performance industry is required
5 years of progressive sales experience or 2 years of sales management experience
Knowledge of social media, and willingness to be the face of AMS Performance online and through in-person meetings and events
Strong ability to develop strategic plans and execute on them
Experience structuring processes - we have an entrepreneurial environment at AMS, and the ability to build structure is required
Proven ability to grow sales for both consumers and partner segments
Willingness to travel to events and customers on a regular basis (roughly 10-15% travel)
