Cometic Gasket, Inc. is looking to fill a position in our Technical Sales Department. Duties would include (but are not limited to):
-Answering phones, assisting customers with questions regarding products, installation, and technical help
-Provide technical support through our interactive web chat feature
-Fill out and input orders, verifying that all the information is accurate
-Receive samples sent by the customer and work with engineering to develop a product to best fit the customer’s needs.
-Respond to any emails from customers that come to your established Cometic email.
-Provide after sale support to customers using Cometic products.
Office hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm Friday,

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
-High School Diploma
-Excellent customer service skills
-General knowledge of the automotive industry and engine related experience
-Basic computer knowledge
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay will commensurate with experience.
