About the role: As Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning the supplied and finished goods across RANDYS Worldwide. You will be critical to leading Key Performance Indicators reviews, excellence and standard work in planning, and managing projects that deliver the groups driving objectives: - Working capital and inventory turn goals

Specifically: - Passionately drive continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in service levels, working capital, quality, delivery, cost and growth
- Directly manage a team that is responsible for Distribution network planning
- Lead as the voice of Operations at S&OP, Capacity Planning, NPI, and Team Meetings
- Regularly review % to target, kitting, plant schedules and inventory to achieve service level goals balanced with working capital turns
- Facilitate operations report outs to the business on strategy, plans, results and KPI progress as well as status of projects, working capital, service level, new products, capacity, issues & corrective actions
- Deploy statistical safety stocks strategy from a systems & process standpoint
- Navigate the business through short supply challenges, as well as discover, resolve, and communicate recovery
- Serve as link between supply chain staff, suppliers/manufacturing locations and the market
- Coordinate planning efforts and analysis for critical product offerings, focusing on existing items, new product launches and value improvement transitions among the global network of manufacturing suppliers
- Analyze supply chain constraints and assist in developing strategies to drive lead time and working capital improvements
Minimum Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: - BS Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or related field required
- 5+ years of job experience with Supply Chain Management concepts; planning, forecasting, purchasing, production, inventory
- Demonstrated attitude and character of Ownership and Initiative to overcome challenges
- Effective project management skills and team leadership skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Advanced computer systems skill set & creativity (JDA, SAP, Excel, Access, Business Warehouse)
- Strong cross-functional supply chain process knowledge
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail required
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and have a passion for excellence
- Ability to mitigate short term issues through prioritization and anticipation in a long-term planning environment
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
