Customer Service Specialist
To serve as the primary Customer Service Specialist for the association and be the first point of contact for staff and guests over the phone and/or entering the building. RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of all member benefits, programs and services offered by the association. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Oversee customer service phone line, voicemail coverage and email inboxes during working hours. Address, respond and resolve all incoming phone and email customer service inquiries. This includes but not limited to invoicing, reinstating memberships, show registration, membership enrollment
