In this base + commission sales position, you will be responsible for:
Grow and maintain current customer base
Secure new customers
Service existing customers
Obtain and closing orders
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing potential sales outlets
Answer phone calls and respond to emails efficiently and effectively in order to enhance customer satisfaction
Position Responsibilities:
Attend trade shows to provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies, and strength of the competition, identify new product, market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of products.
Maintain customer files and information in database
Drive increases in orders, track and report sales success
Research prospective customers while forming high quality relationships with the customers to drive top line growth
Compare monthly personal sales results to goals and make corrective action where necessary
Interface with Management to provide customer feedback on product performance
Create and maintain professional relationships with all team members and customers/prospects
Have exceptional working knowledge of our products and applications
Travel to attend 4-6 enthusiast and trade shows per year, engaging current and prospective customers
Generate show report following each event
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Strong phone/web presence and excellent listening skills are a must
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Must be able to establish and meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced results driven environment
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in customer orders/requests
Intermediate to advanced MS Office expertise (emphasis on Excel).

Position Qualifications:
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent; Sales and/or Marketing degree a plus
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, graphic design, customer service, advertising and/or strategy.
Automotive Aftermarket knowledge and specific knowledge of truck beds a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time in an office environment
Be able to lift/move/load product displays to set-up and tear-down show exhibits
