PerTronix Performance Brands manufactures aftermarket auto parts that take vehicles to the next level, and we’re looking for an ecommerce website manager to help take our DTC website to the next level. We’re in the middle of a major website redesign, and this is an opportunity to get in on the ground level of something great. Reporting directly to the VP of Ecommerce, the ideal candidate will possess prior experience in the automotive industry or have held a similar position at a manufacturing company along with extensive personal automotive knowledge. This candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as experience working for a data-driven, multi-channel, direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient ecommerce website
• Oversee the planning and development of site production & testing calendars and ensure all cross functional deliverables are met in accordance with assigned deadlines
• Add new products to the site
• Write copy, confirm product details
• Constantly improve SEO
• Manage own list of tasks and schedule in coordination with leadership
• Track KPIs & identify success metrics
• Develop reporting to inform strategy
• Work across the organization to develop strategies to meet revenue goals
• Stay up to date with current and future trends and advancements in web technologies in order to drive continued success
• Relentlessly improve the customer experience
• Manage 3^rd party developers

All candidates must have:

• 5+ years of ecommerce experience

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify & WooCommerce

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices

• Outstanding communication & project management skills

• Experience establishing and developing productive relationships across departments and with outside agencies

The superior candidate will also have:

• Extensive automotive aftermarket knowledge
• 2+ years managing Shopify websites

The perfect candidate will also have:

• 2+ years automotive ecommerce experience

• Knowledge of ERP systems
