Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Manage Sales IAM accounts and customer support • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Solve customer issues and resolve conflicts • Ensure timely and effective solutions to our customer’s needs • Represent company professionally and reinforce a positive impression to all customers • Prepare presentations and conduct sales calls with IAM customers • Establish and maintain customer contacts and is the primary liaison for customer requests • Responsible for all product related commercial interface with customer, including quotations, volume pricing, and funding negotiations • Analyze, research and share current and future program planning, such as current and future program sales status, customer market trend, next program and customer news. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Investigate and resolve technical questions and warranty appeals which require special attention or on-site visits • Communicate and report the progress of sales initiatives to management |
