We specialize in award-winning hot rods and custom cars, with a focus on precision craftsmanship and flawless finishes. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform high-end custom paint jobs using PPG Deltron NXT and other premium paint systems.
• Flawlessly execute prep work, including body filler, block sanding, priming, sealing, and final sanding.
• Ensure perfect panel alignment and gap adjustments for show-quality fit and finish.
• Spray base coat, clear coat, and custom finishes, achieving deep, vibrant, and flawless results.
• Handle paint correction and buffing to a mirror-like finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized paint booth to ensure contamination-free applications.
• Work closely with our fabrication and assembly teams to ensure bodywork and paint meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience painting high-end hot rods and custom cars is required.
• Mastery of bodywork and refinishing techniques, including shaping, filler application, and precision sanding.
• Expert color matching skills for metallics, pearls, candy, and custom finishes.
• Experience working with PPG, House of Kolor, and other high-end paint systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot paint defects (orange peel, runs, fisheyes, etc.) and deliver perfect finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
• Experience with custom graphics, pinstriping, and airbrushing is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
